How much time do you have in the morning before you go to work? In other words, can you test and feed her at an earlier time and then test her again before you go out the door? Nice that you got some spot checks over the weekend and that you are getting the before bed checks in.
Is she still on the antibiotic?
How is she acting otherwise?
Have you had a chance since getting the insulin to read Vicky's stickies at the top of the Lev page? Might be some stuff there that is a little different than how you were used to doing/shooting Lev before.

I see that you are "shy" about shooting lower numbers and have waited "until she was on the rise". I think she is already rising when you get the 164, etc... If you look a few days earlier she is lower at, I think. +6 or 7 (can't remember the exact +hour). So you want to go ahead and shoot the first number so she doesn't get too much momentum going in the rise. Maybe wait for Sat when you will be home to get some spot checks in to make sure she doesn't drop too low.
