spread sheet help

Hello everyone:

Can someone direct me in setting up a spread sheet? We are getting our feet wet with home testing and I'd like to start logging our results.

I used the Google Spreadsheet directions, worked like a champ.

I customized mine a tiny bit, adding columns for the time and a column at the far end to keep track of how much/when we're feeding since my girl needs to gain some weight and we're new to canned food. I hope that helps!

AMPS = AM Pre-shot test number
PMPS = PM pre-shot test number

the +1, +2, +3...etc - this is the number of hours your test was after your last shot. We've got members worldwide so this allows all of us to quickly see how far in the cycle that test is taken.

I will get this going tonight as soon as I get home. This is Grady's 4th full day on lantus and we are noticing improvement. He is not drinking anywhere near as much as before & he is not peeing every 5 minutes like he was. I am one very hopeful, relieved mom right now!
