I finally have Splitzie's spreadsheet set up. Yay me! lol
Ok, now to see if it actually works... {fingers crossed}
So far I am still using the 200 no shot rule. Seems to be working pretty good for her so far. She's eating better, too.

Good job on the spreadsheet. It looks great.

Have you posted on the Lantus forum? They can advise you on mini dosing, if needed. You are still in diabetic numbers, but if you recently made a food change, that may come down on its own. Lantus dosing is based on nadir numbers, so it will really help if you can get some numbers about 6 hours after the shot.
 
Yep, just posted on Lantus one as well. I'm getting alarms set and trying to remember to test Splitzie's when I test my own.
On another note, I'm still waiting for test results from last week's vet visit. With my mom's work schedule last week, she wasn't able to answer her cell when they called and didn't get a chance to call back. I tried yesterday, but the vet was not in. They took a message so he should be calling back. But, if I haven't heard from them in a bit, I will try calling them back. Still have fingers crossed that the mass is nothing too bad and can maybe get taken care of.
 
Kathy, those numbers are looking great and congrats on the ss. Sending prayers that news from vet is only good news. Please let us know.
