Soooo Loki went to the vet today

I was concerned for him with some bowel issues and explained I am giving him the Miralax 2 x per week and he seems not so bound up. The vet was very impressed, he asked where I heard of this and I explained you guys , he said "excellent" advise. He checked Loki from tip to tip and he is purrfect, also he weight him and he is now 12.3 lbs nice since when he was diagnosed he was down to 9 lbs, the doc was pleased.
Also brought Etoile in because he will not bring up his hair balls even with the Laxatone, so he is now on the Miralax also but he wants him to have it 3 x's per week. Etoile is doing so well also no more dry for his FUS, seems like the low carb is doing him good also.
Just wanted to let you guys know how pleased the vet was with everything and I had to say it was because of all of you and your help and support. Thanks does not seem enough.

Good vet visit for Loki and Etoile today I see. Glad to hear that everything is ok. Nice weight gain for Loki.

Did your vet say that Loki needed to gain more weight or is he at his ideal weight now?

Sounds like Etoile and the improvement in the FUS (feline Urological Syndrome, aka FLUTD) is a bonus from switching the cats to low carb canned food.

Yeah for "talking us up" with your vet. We like it when our advice can impress a vet.
