Hi I'm Sarah-- Between myself, my sister, my nephew, and our roommates, we literally have a house full of cats. The undisputed King of Cats, is my Sonny Vincent. He's the oldest of all- turned 16 a couple months ago. And all the other cats bow down to him.
Sonny came to me at 2 months old and injured- he was probably carried around in a big dog's mouth as there were puncture marks on his belly and a huge (infected) sore on his neck. Two surgeries later, he was good as new.
When he was 9, he had a aural hematoma (see photo of right ear). And 4 years ago, he went deaf (I still haven't figured out why). 2 years ago he was diagnosed with asthma. And yesterday he was diagnosed with diabetes.
He's always been a big boy but more solid than "chubby". I'm hoping to learn a lot from this forum.
