Hi Luke and Lindsey! It sounds like you guys are way ahead of the game! I just wanted to point out the Lantus dosing guidelines for you: http://felinediabetes.com/FDMB/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1581, as well as the Lantus forum: http://felinediabetes.com/FDMB/viewforum.php?f=9. The stickies there contain a bunch of information about Lantus that you'll want to take a look at.
Lindsey, the spreadsheet we use here (The instructions are in this thread: http://felinediabetes.com/FDMB/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=18207&start=0, is a Google document, so it's super easy to add Luke so that he can edit it, too. Have Luke create a google account with his email address if he doesn't already have one (He can do that here) Once you get it all set up, look in the top left corner. There will be a little drop down menu that says "Share." Pick share, and a box will pop up that says "Sharing settings" and there will be a list that says "who has access". You should see your email address there. Add Luke's address under "add people" and pick the setting that says "can edit". Then you should be all set!
