Well... she didn't spike up after eating before her PS this morning so I consider that good- raised only 40 pts from 4:50 to 6:30 and another 40 pts at 7 (shot time).

Maybe it is out of her system. I hope it is.

I am not seeing enough improvement in your numbers, Helen, even with increases. I wonder if it is time to go back to the vet and see if she possibly have any kind of infection or teeth problems. If not, I would consider another insulin. It is not good for her to sit in these high numbers at preshot even though she goes down to yellows at midcycle. You could consider shooting three times daily using PZI but with your schedule, that would be very difficult.
