She's been getting out- acting like a 10yr old rather than a 16 year old and slipping out to find some kcc  . So I've placed a larger barrier in front of the cat flap and she is now, officially, an indoor cat for the time being.

Her numbers have been wonky and I haven't fed her human food- she almost doesn't expect milk anymore :-D . Sue had asked about cheese and i thought she was getting some but I realize that she isn't. Her treats lately have been chicken cubes.

We shall wait and see. At least her ketone levels haven't increased, still just above a trace  . I did increase to 3u but will stick to that and do curves this weekend as she comes off the carbs.

She really seems to be a kitty sensitive to carbs. Some cats get a few bites and their numbers soar. Just like a teenager, you'll have to ground her!

If you are looking for a low carb food, I can recommend Blue Buffalo Wilderness Chicken canned food. We feed it everyday. It is between 1 and 2% carbs. I mail order to get it cheaper.

Second time you mentioned this...what does kcc stand for :?:

BAD KITTY!! I am ashamed of you Sneakers.
Baxter wont be able to be friends with her if she continues to "Sneakers" out & do what she does.

Sneakers you be a good girl this weekend. ;-)

Lisa-

kcc is kitty crack contraband. aka dry cat food.

I think my new neighbors also feed their cat outdoors- or someone close by does. We had some new people move into the rental houses next door.

Nothing worse than kitty crack!
do wahatever you have to....lock up the girls...
lock the windows,,close the kitty doors...
no crack aloud around here!

I got her full grown at age 6.
She and her family moved in with me (belonged to my sister who had a drooler and 2 cats). She decided that since I didn't have a cat that I would be her human. When my niece was born and they moved out she kept coming back to me :-D . So now I had a cat.
