Smash has been in green and blue since switch to 0.25u Alphatrak

We've been at 0.25 units of Lantus since we have been having some scary numbers with his previous doses. We've been on this dose for 6 days now, and even today he still got a 61 for his reading. Should I just keep doing these small doses? Or should I do an increase since we lowered his dose really quickly? Any advice would be appreciated.

Which dosing method are you following? IF you're following SLGS Smash has earned a reduction going under 90...and so tonight's dose would be .10 (or about half of the .25) If you don't have calipers, please order some...I use the one's from Harbor Freight.

Since you are using the AT, that 61 earns a reduction. Next stop, the 0.1 unit dose.
