Smaller Syringe Size?

I am wondering it is possible to get a smaller skinner syringe size. I am having trouble with my cat as he has dropped to 0.25U (TR method) for his dosage which is great, however, he has dropped under 50 two days in a row now. Not sure what to do here and can't really take another reduction. It's a lot of micro-management now having to give high carb food when he starts to drop.

Do they offer a smaller syringe to more accurately give dosages under 0.5U? I am having a very hard time giving an accurate measurement under .5. I have tried calipers also but it is still very hard to measure.

I am currently using Relion 8mmx 31G (5/16" length x 0.25mm) 3/10 ML Syringe.

The syringes you're using are the smallest available for diabetes.

If you take a look at the sticky note on the Lantus board that contains information about syringes, there are photos toward the end of the post that give you an idea of what micro-dosing will look like along with some written information about fine dose gradations. Hopefully, this will help.
