Looks to me like Skippy is in remission - over 14 days below 120 off insulin! Huraah! :RAHCAT :RAHCAT
Just remember he is still diabetic, so no high carb food ever. Maybe test once or twice a day for a while, then every few days, then once a week, etc, etc. (it is kind of hard to get out of the habit...)
