Skipped 4 Doses, Advice?

Skipped 4 doses, not quite sure what to do. I know there's a risk of ketones, but not sure how worried I need to be.

He earned an automatic reduction, but with his numbers coming in close to 100 after stalling, I'm not even sure I'm comfortable with token dose.

Maybe tomorrow I'll just feed and shoot a token if he comes in around 130/140 again, and not stall.

Thoughts?

Well I cant give dosing advice but want to say WELL DONE!

I think he's on the right path probably close to remission but not there yet you need to keep giving insulin probably for a few more days you were giving 0.5 maybe try 0.25 for a few days I'm not familiar with vetsulin so I'm not sure about the do not shoot numbers but ask in the vetsulin forum about shooting low ( around 100 or a bit less )

Thanks, will repost in Vetsulin forum, hopefully not too dead.

Vetsulin guys pretty hard, which is why I'm hesitant to even go 0.25 this low
