One thing: he has been throwing up hairballs frequently since the diet change from Royal Canin to Fancy Feast. On RC, he never threw up, now it is several times per week, always with a hairball at least marble sized

Brushing your cat more is one of the best ways to decrease the size and frequency of hairballs. Why do cats always throw up on the carpet?
