Thank you also for offering to add the template pages back into my spreadsheet. While I really hope that we don't need any spreadsheets in future years, I did go add the template page to our spreadsheet. I must have deleted it when we first started, not understanding what it was there for. I'll also get the ranges fixed on the lab page.
Do you know if the S. Boulardii or the Renew Life have a taste? Do you just mix them both into their food?
Metronidazole is one of the most foul-tasting things on this earth! Even the supposed-chicken-flavored stuff is vile. It's very, very, bitter, and makes my cats drool like mad. I hate using it; I end up wearing more than I get in the cat, it's always a fight, even with the kitties who are good about meds. Metronidazole is truly heinous, lol!
Squallie gets an appy stimulant twice a day, encased in a very thin skin of Pill Pockets; it has never had any effect on his BG. Sometimes he will also just eat the pill, go figure!
) and s.boulardii with a civvie - she is an extremely picky eater, and has never had a problem with having them mixed into her foods, so I'm guessing they don't have much taste.

Hopefully, he will go into remission but even if he does, you'll need the template to make 2018 SS on which to keep his remission BGs. Sometimes, after kitties are in remission, the CG quits tracking the BG on the SS. If the kitty falls out of remission, it helps those of us helping to see the remission numbers and then when things started going south.
The S. boulardii has a yeasty smell to it. My Tobey gets a couple other supplements and he is very, very easy to syringe so instead of putting it in his food and taking a chance he won't like the taste, I mix his supplements together in filtered water and syringe them and he has never minded. So I figure none of them must taste bad
I'm not a big fan of metronidazole as it has made my cats vomit and it does have an after taste. It's good he's taking it now.

Holy cow. She made that look so easy!!!! Next time I have to give Rex a Pepcid, I want to try this. Its always a battle and all I want to do is make her tummy feel better. =(
You may need to get #5 gel caps. The Pepcid will make them foam really bad if it dissolves in their mouth. Not sure if it because they taste bad or if it just a chemical reaction.
Rex had the scary foam/mucus "crap i am being poisoned!" reaction when i had to pill her with muscle relaxers... i seriously thought I had killed her. So scary. /did not know this the first time I gave it to Gizmo. Poor baby was so, so sick and then I did this to him. I was in tears.
Hubby (pre being hubby or me even knowing him) had a cat that kept getting up on the table and wouldn't stop no matter what he did. He shoved a piece of pickled jalapeno pepper in its mouth. The reaction scared him to death. Lol. Cat didn't get up on the table again.
