We has such a good January that I thought we were out of the woods. Wrong again!!
Chicken Little is back to hanging her head in the water bowl and is sick at her stomach again.
Yesterday she thew up white foam and today she is constantly licking her lips and wanted outside to eat grass.
Last week she missed her litter box with a pee and once with a poop.

Poor little thing. Has she had any tests to check what might be causing it. Has the vet mentioned pancreatitis.

If my cat remi goes without eating for too long he sicks up white foam. The vet ended up prescribing Zantac for him and it seemed to help, maybe you could discuss options with your vet.

She has Liver Failure. Liver issues can cause a lot of the same symptoms of diabetes such as drinking lots of water and being nauseated. I do use 1/4 Pepcid A/C from time to time but most of the time I give her a little Yucca Root Powder mixed in with her food. Not only does it help an upset stomach but it also helps arthritis. So she gets more benefits from it than the Pepcid however that said you cant give Yucca everyday like you can the Pepcid A/C so thats why I use both. She was diagnosed in July with Liver Failure and we has such a good January that I thought maybe the liver was finally regenerating itself.

What about using Marin or Denmarin, which both contain extracts of milk thistle, which helps support the liver?
 
First I used Marin and then started using Denmarin and there was no improvement. It was hard to give it 1 hour before food twice a day and most times she just threw it up so I started using pure Milk Thistle.
Right now I'm using the Liver and Gallbladder support pack from Ask Ariel.
