? Should I give insulin?

Its been 2 hours since skittles ate,is BG is 163. Should I give him insulin ? He usually gets 2 units ( when he needs it ) but I'm not sure with 163.... maybe 1 unit?

I waited an hour and retested and now his BG is 143, so he will not be getting insulin again tonight

He was @ 180 . I let him eat and am going to retest 2 hrs after

I'm gonna try tomorrow. I notice that if he has any food ( I fed FF) other then seafood he runs close to or over 200. If I feed him only the seafood ones he will go cycles without needing insulin.... weird.
