I have been working too much. This morning I slept through two alarms a d now here I am 2 hours past Carl's breakfast and morning shot. I'm home all day but need to return to my normal time tomorrow, so there's not enough time to do and adjustment. Do I do a partial shot? I'm trying to search the forums there's so much information I can't process it all!
For instance, normally I do morning and night at 7:30. At present it is 9:30. Tomorrow I have to shoot as I am leaving at 7:30am and will return between 7:30 and 8pm tomorrow evening and the same all week for the next 13 days. (I'm so exhausted. I'm not supposed to be working so much)

Also - My spreadsheet is woefully behind because I'm working so much.

If there is no history of ketones at all, you might be best to skip the dose and then you can choose an earlier time this evening to give the dose.
Also I would suggest to try and get some tests in during the cycles. I know you are very busy but do try and get some in because Lantus dosing is based on the nadir not the preshot and you are changing the dose without any idea of what is happening during the cycles.

Please make sure he is eating well today
Do you leave food out for him when you go to work?

Yes he gets a mix of dry Dr Elseys and Epigen 90, one handful in a dish morning and night and he gets FF pate. I'm able to get spot checks at night and my vet is writing a script for a libre. I did get a curve a few weeks ago and saw he was getting a little low so I adjuated his insulin down and I'm home today and will get a curve.

Thank you so much for answering!
