Shooter amps 352, +7 174, +10 488, pmps 469, +3 441

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe every time Shooter gets a number under 200 he bounces. Otherwise, it's that as soon as he hits nadir (is that the lowest number of the day?) then he jumps right back up to high numbers. So it's a gradual drop but then a fast shoot back up. Any way to prevent either of these scenarios?
