Shoot or Stall? 26 July Tucker AMPS 8.5(153)

Not sure if I should shoot. He is begging for his breakfast. It's not like yesterday where his AMPS was 3's (159), but we are back to a nice blue. Vet says if he eats a big brekkie, shoot the 5.5. Just want to see if someone can look at the spreadsheet and see if you think this is safe. Thank you!
 
You should be fine to shoot. You have shot a 136 and a 162 in the last couple of weeks.
Just make sure he eats and get a +2 and then test throughout the cycle, remembering he can drop late in the cycle.
I won't be around a lot today though to keep watch.
@JeffJ can you keep an eye on Tucker please?
Well done everyone! Tucker has done really well to get back to a lovely blue preshot after such a low preshot yesterday :cat::)
 
At +20 minutes he is the same as before but now he is ticked off he didn't get breakfast or a good-boy treat for donating a drop of blood.
 
Go ahead and feed then shoot.
If you are happy with the preshot at any time, there is no need to stall unless you want to double check he is not dropping.
First few times are a bit nerve wracking though I know!
Poor Tucker, you certainly deserve a big treat for waiting and also for giving mama a lovely preshot!
 
Haha, yes there was a definite snarl of his booplesnoop and he went over and stood with one paw in his food bowl.......talk about a hint. I did the 5.5 shot and he is currently deep into a bowl of meat... I'll retest in an hour or two just to make sure he's safe. Thanks!
 
Sorry, I've had a silly couple of days, the numbers are on the spreadsheet now. Is there a way to be able to view and post onto the spreadsheet from an iphone by chance??
 
What is all of that?! I just did Tucker's before bed test and I'm happy to say he is in the blue again....so he can sleep in the heated bed with us!
