Timmy loved the beef pate at first. Now he won't touch it, I think I wore it out. Now he is into the salmon and turkey pate. I use the perfect portions so I can mix up the flavors and keep it interesting. I am using the perfect portions because he does not like leftover food, or cold food, or leftover food that has been heated.I'm thinking of trying Sheba pates. I don't see this brand listed on any LC lists, but several users here have recommended this brand to me. If you feed your cat this food, and have success, could you please share the flavors that you buy? Thanks!
I just love cats and their quirky ways.
Actually, according to the numbers we got from Sheba, the cuts in gravy are also low carb. I haven't tried them, but will check the label next time I get some, to see what the ingredients are. I'm guessing their 'gravy' is actually broth.
I gave a part of Sheba cuts to smoky so will see how it affects his BG.Yes tapioca is a starch, but I recently called them and got the as fed numbers. We did the calculations and came up with 2 calories from carbs. Very low. As I said I have not tried them so I can't say if they are truely low but those are the numbers we received.
