I do not know what to do
I gave her the breakfast and her insulin, after 20 minutes she vomited everything. I've cooked chicken and pricked primperan. She was low in her preshot, I'm afraid of hypoglycemia
How much chicken does she has to eat a day? weighs 4.3

thank you

With the 284 preshot, I think you are safe, I would offer some more food in a little bit, maybe ate to fast or hairball, you can test at +1 and +2 to see where she is going, don’t worry, I think she will be fine, she’s no where near hypo

Can you please input your SS numbers? Thank you! Are there any tests that you've done on other days during the cycle that aren't in the SS?

I thought that shooting and that the kitten does not eat, makes his glucose drop a lot. Is that so?
Because Lantus usually takes about 2 hours to start working, not having food at shot time isn't as vital as with other insulins. It's still good to have food but you have some time before Lantus starts to work.

Cuki might also be bouncing from a lower number that you might not have caught.

Looking like a flat yellow cycle which could mean she might go lower in the next cycle or two so be vigilant.

Sometimes , they just eat too quickly and vomit it all back up . We call that scarf and barf. Best to just wait 20 minutes after the vomit and offer a smaller amount to see if that stays down.

If it was scarf & barf, maybe shop for what is called a slow feeder bowl :p! I have one that goes head first into the middle & does that, but the slow feeder bowl stops it!!

Thank you!!
