The vet gave him fluids, Baytril, and an appetite stimulant. He came home and ate quite a bit. Seems perky. I will test his BG later as he has just been at the vet and it will be high.
He needs a heart blood panel as they have detected a murmur,but as long as he does all right now that will wait until next month when he is due for his senior blood panel anyway. The vet feels that could be effecting his BG if the heart is straining.
That you for your help earlier, I was truly getting so much in a panic that I had trouble thinking things through.
