Awwww Thank You Guys for all your support.
I am sure Shanga will feel better soon with your positive energies :)
I made him eat a bit. But now he has started to puke...
Maybe he can eat better now if he had upset stomach...
Because he didnt puke after surgery ... Well I dont know, I dont know what to think...
I am gonna send the details...

Thank You Shanga's Angels...

BIG HUGZZZZZZZZZZZ

I would call the vet. Is he puking clear slime, or froth or bile? Is it when he is presented with food - nausea? I think you have experience with the antinausea medications unless I am mixing you up with someone else.

Synulox Antibiotic ( I do injections)
Melox pain killer ( I know its not safe but i have no any other choice, i do injections very very low dose)

I called the vet and he said there is nothing important... He is sleeping now...

Hande:

Synulox is amoxicillin. One of the side effects is vomiting. Diarrhea is another common side effect. If the vomiting persists, you will probably need to ask for a different antibiotic. You don't want to have Shanga rip his stitches out due to the vomiting AND he has to eat. Usually, these side effects are not a huge cause for concern. Many of us will give a probiotic to offset an antibiotic causing diarrhea.

Hugs to you - and sending feel better vines to Shanga. I am with Ann - been through alot, this is the home stretch. Hang in there. Positive thoughts for you guys today.

Melox would likely be meloxicam (aka metacam). I understand it is likely the only thing you can offer at this point.
With all the issues (mouth, possible pain, not eating for a few days, a/b, etc), its hard to know if the meloxicam could be giving this side effect. You will be be stopping the pain med very soon in the next day, correct? It is very important that Shanga stays hydrated and starts getting some food.

Is there anyway you can push for the feeding tube asap?

I am sorry - I am unfamiliar as to where you are? It is difficult in many countries other than the U.S. for vets to let owners administer fluids to their kitties. Could you ask about that? If they will not let you do this at home, can you bring Shanga in each day?

Im really hoping the pain meds can be stopped soon and you are able to get food in one way or another (and keep it down).

Fingers crossed for you two!
