If anyone is looking for a second opinion on your cat, I can definitely recommend the Camuti Center doctor I talked to today. She spent a long time going over her history and making sure that she answered all my questions. I got great feedback on her treatment to date and things that we should probably test or look out for. I've got a pretty extensive list of things we need to check on blood work, and she does think that if we can get her into a university vet hospital for further evaluation and especially an ultrasound that would be advisable given how tenuous her condition is. Though she's doing a little better, that could change quickly. I already feel she may be headed for another pancreatitis flareup, but that doesn't surprise me if her bile ducts are also inflamed since they share the same space.
By the way, if anyone is up and can look at her spreadsheet I could use some feedback on dosing because her numbers are climbing. I increased dose a little but I think I'm going to have to up up again to get her lower. She's got an infection in her liver so she's on two different antibiotics now trying to fight that, and of course if her pancreas is inflamed again that won't help matters either. Will update my post from today after getting this up but the spreadsheet is up to date except for the PMPS, which I'm about to get.
