Shadow PMPS 151 Stalling?

You certainly can stall if that is what you're comfortable with. I can't remember if you've stalled before, but if you haven't, stalling means you want to NOT feed, and retest in half an hour to see if you have a natural rise. If so, then you're good to go with shooting.

In looking at your SS, I see you did shoot a 185 a few days ago. That's really not too much higher than this 151. This is how most of us work our way down to shooting lower and lower numbers...inching our way down. If you're going to be around and have lots of test strips on hand, I'd be inclined to shoot this 151 without stalling, just given the fact that you did shoot the 185, and we'd like to see Shadow gain and maintain some momentum. That's just my opinion, though.

If you do shoot the 151, be sure to get a +1 and a +2, to see where things might be headed. Whenever you shoot your lowest number, you want to get these early tests in.

Shadow seems to be on a mission. . . I just caught up on last nights events.

If you can cope with the schedule change I recommend you don't feed and re-check in 20 mins to see if she is going up.

I waited 10-15 minutes tested, got E-7 2 times in a row. Tested again got 540 then again got 531. Not sure if my meter is on the bum.... I gave her her 1 UNIT and will test in 30 minutes

Test yourself while you are at it - that may provide a clue.

eta - good idea to have a back up meter. It comes in handy at times like these.
I got one on ebay - the same as the one I used daily.
