You have done an amazing job getting numbers, Cathie. What is fascinating to me is that she has decent preshots and nice 12 hour cycles with no bouncing on an insulin known for pretty wild swings and early nadirs. She is doing amazingly well. No worries for the next few hours - she looks like she has already hit her lowest point.
 
You need to watch it with B12 supplementation if there are kidney issues.

Personally I would not go as high as 3 tablets a day unless I'd been presented with rock solid evidence by a veterinary professional that it was critical for my cat to receive such a high dose. Other members may have evidence-based reasons for giving such high doses.

Unless I hear otherwise as to why I should give more, I am going to stick with one Zobaline a day. I am just waiting on a prescription and then will be headed back home.

PMPS 254 which is higher than I wanted it to be but oh well.

I gave her zobaline in her dinner, so far she has eaten about a third of it and right now is taking a food break, but she has not gone far from the bowl, I figure she is just taking a break. As long as she eats well I will stick with the 0.5 shot tonight. Hopefully will continue to have good numbers.
