I never realized until just now that I never made a thread for Shaak today. I have had a lot going on today for sure. She is fine though.

AMBG 92, higher than I would like to see, but still under 100 and her

+8 82.

I test her again in a few minutes for her PMBG.
 
I'd watch carefully that she doesn't sneak up. If she gets in the 160-180 range, you might give a drop and then monitor carefully.

So far, so good though.

I don't want to get complacent. So far she has not tipped scales, it has been 10 days of under 100 for all BG's and low 100's for several days before that. I was afraid the other day she got a hold of some chocolate but her numbers returned to normal. If she did get the chocolate it did not hang around for too long, it melted on my daughters fingers and she was petting Shaak and I was afraid she would lick it off her fur, I cleaned her up with a wet wipe and we are going to be much more careful about washing our hands before and after petting.:cat:
 
I agree with Sue. Let's just hope it was a blip...her PMPS was super.

I was starting to worry a bit and thought if you didn't post today, I'd call and check on you tomorrow! I hope everything is ok!!!
 
she eats every three hours. she sometimes skips her 4am feeding though she did not skip it on this day. It's always possible she ate it later than normal though, I would have been asleep and not realized it.

Thanks for the info, Cathie. I was just wondering whether the higher AMBGs might be fasting-influenced.
