Merlin was diagnosed as diabetic in December 23 and his glucose level was 26 - off the scale. He was prescribed Senvelgo and within 2 weeks his level was back down to 7 and he's remained stable ever since. I now buy it online due to cost as his insurance is only for £1000. It's a struggle getting him to take it daily but it works. Amazing.
