Sensitive tummy foods

Hi there. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for foods that are good for kitties with sensitive tummies. This is for my diabetic and civie cats so any food would be ok. I have 4 cats and right now all 4 are eating different foods due to diabetes, food sensitivity or picky eaters. I know we don't like to feed the kitties dry food but one of my kitties gets really bad diarrhea every time I feed her wet food (she loves it but it's not agreeing with her) so any dry suggestions would be great. She is 13 and non-diabetic so I am thinking her system is developing a sensitivity. My picky eater is a diabetic. Refuses wet food. She wouldn't eat for me for 2 weeks. And I had to feed her turkey and tuna. That's all she would eat. She was perfectly fine, not sick, but super stubborn. I finally found a food she will eat but I think that is causing diarrhea in my other cats. So I separate everyone while they eat. It's a nightmare. My other diabetic cat started getting diarrhea. He has always eaten Authority Salmon flaked food or Friskies Salmon. So I changed him to the Young Again dry to try and get the poop to firm up. I'm just going in circles now. Any suggestions would be great. I know this is dietary because I had the sample tested for parasites. I don't need everyone to eat exactly the same but right now with all of the food changes my diabetics are getting some crazy high numbers all because I am trying to find a food that will not upset their stomachs! Craziness!

You should transition them slowly to any new diet. That is probably causing the diarrhea. Can you add some probiotics to their food? That may help.
Also maybe try a grain free. Have you checked catinfo.org on how to transition your picky eaters?
Good luck!

There is a great probiotic by ReNew Life that I swear by! PM me if you'd like the website and an online promo code.

Also, a lot of cats can develop, or have, an aversion to seafood, eggs, cheese, beef and/or liver. I try to stick with low carb, wet turkey or chicken flavors, and fish once per week. I never give any of my cats food with eggs, beef, liver or cheese.

I agree with Kat about the probiotics.

Another thing that might help is this food list I created from the list on catinfo.org. My diabetic, Michelangelo, is allergic to all red meats. Both he and Henry are also still young 'uns (Mikey is a year and 2 month and Henry is 9 months old), so they need higher protein vs. fat. I created a few tabs where I sorted out all the non-seafood, all food containing seafood, and all poultry-only to help me go shopping. I've sorted everything by low carb first, then by protein/fat ratio, and then by phosphorus (the lower the better).

I do have some Fortaflora in the house so I will sprinkle that on their food. I think right now to try to ease the sensitivity I am going to feed them some boiled chicken for a few days then slowly introduce their food. Abigail my picky diabetic is the one with the super bad diarrhea. She had it THREE TIMES this morning within 2 hours. She wouldn't eat her Young Again food then I found Orijens and she loved that, but it's not agreeing with her. I've got Miss Kitty (civie) figured out. I know which foods work for her. Azrael (another diabetic) will eat anything pretty much I give him, but I think he got into some of Abigails Orijens and had a little bit of diarrhea. Audrey too. She seemed to like the Orijens so I gave her a little taste. The issue with Abigail though is she isn't making it to the litter box! So I have been on clean up duty. SO GROSS!

Has anyone given their kitties greek yogurt? I read a little bit of that will settle their tummy.
