Senior Cat diagnosed with Diabetes

One of our cats was diagnosed with diabetes recently after I noticed significant weight loss, excessive urination, and a voracious appetite. Found this forum looking for a spreadsheet to chart his blood glucose on, so happy to have found this resource!
 
On a side note, how do I access that spreadsheet? I get an error stating I'm not authorized to see it.
