Last night Squallie's PMPS was 183 (it has recently been running much higher). Instead of his usual dose of 2.75, I gave him a fat 2.25, to ensure his safety. His numbers rose and stayed high all night until he hit 172 at +8, and finished up at 425 at PMPS. How can this even be? It seems like his insulin is not working at all for him during the night, and I don't get it. Nothing - NOTHING - is different at night! I am absolutely at the end of my rope.
