I just learned that the free feeding I've been doing is not a good idea. So! I'm now going to work towards more controlled feeding so as to get more accurate readings etc for Angel. I'd love to hear your thoughts on whether this plan will work:
(1) no more free feeding on days I'm home. I can do extra tests these days so I can collect good data.
(2) on the 3 (rarely 4) days I need to go to work, I'll free feed for 6-7 hours, but the morning and evening and night tests will be without free feeding.
Re quantities of food, does this sound okay:
--ONE treat after each test (he doesn't like any low carb treats, sadly, but adores the HC treats and so loves being tested, followed by food.
-- Two 3 oz tins of FF classic per day. How should the break up of the feeding be? How many 'meals' and how many 'snacks' a day? And I'm assuming no food for the 8 hours we sleep at night, yes? And do you feed the same meals for both meals and snacks, or different?
Thank you all so much!!!!
