Scared newbie on Health... Houston TX

I posted in the PZI group as well since that is what the vet prescribed, but this person has a difficult-to-test cat who recently hypo'd. Needs guidance on testing alternatives and reassurance about treating a sugarcat, as well as a better vet! Seems to be located in Houston TX
