I know I haven't been on here in quite some time but I just wanted to thank everyone for all their help getting Kittycat in remission. I was so worried I would have to say goodbye when he was diagnosed with diabetes. But with all your help I managed to get him in remission and he has lived a few more good years! Unfortunately the vets told me a few months ago he most likely has kidney cancer and gave him only weeks to live. He managed to bounce back again and hang on this long! However, today he has been sick and just seems so weak I decided it's best to say goodbye so he doesnt have to suffer.
I called the vet and am taking him in tonight to be put to sleep. Thank you to everyone who helped me get a few more good years with him. <3 He was a stray and I'm so thankful he decided to show up at my house as a kitten. (And that I spent an hour convincing him to come out from under my shed!
) He has been an amazing cat and I will miss him so much
