Say a prayer for Spock please

Please say a prayer for my friend Michelle and her sugar kittie Spock (not members of the forum) if you can. She took him to the vet Monday for unusual drooling and a swollen face and bleeding in the mouth only to find out that he has mouth cancer and must put him down. The appt is tomorrow (Wednesday) at 10:30AM CST. Spock has been her guard dog since her former husband passed away. Michelle has been my surrogate caretaker for Howie if I need someone to pinch hit feeding and giving insulin if I’m gone. Spock was diagnosed with FD about a month before Howie so we’ve been in this journey together. Thank you for your calming and peaceful thoughts and prayers for both of them. It’s gut-wrenching knowing she’s had to wait 48 hours before he crosses the Rainbow Bridge.

These words won't make much sense right now but in the days to come you need to be kind to yourself for the life and love you gave to Spock and the love you got in return.
