yesterday

I didn't give her any insulin this morning. I've been giving her just a drop here and there but I really didn't want to give her some this morning and worry all day.

I'll give her a drop tonight. Still waiting to hear from the vet for all of the bloodwork/GI stuff. No pukey last night or today. I've been trying to take her food away at night so that she doesn't gorge herself and then I put it back an hour and a half later, but it's hard to do when you are trying to sleep.

Yesterday she was so mad that she had to fast for so long. When DH came home she was crying and following him all over the house and then bit his calf!! He said he felt so guilty he couldn't even have a snack in front of her.

Ahh good times.

fasting is a difficult thing to inflict on a cat that eats all day.... hey... that also applies to me... does that mean I'm a cat? lol

I hope all went well at the vet.

Poor Savannah....and poor DH's calf.

Her numbers look great.

I wonder if using a feeder would help dole out her food over a period of time.....???????

Curry started her feeder training last night.....have the 5 compartment feeder........She's getting the idea that it has something good in it.

Hoping for a good Vet report.

we don't have one...but it's gotta be easier than luring a skunk away from the house :lol:
