Sarah may very well be in cronic rebound due to too much insulin. That 49 on the 6th should have earned her a dose reduction to .75u not a raise to 1.5u.
Anytime a newly dxed (under a year on insulin) has a reading anywhere in the cycle below 50 they earn an immediate reduction by .25u
And I can't stress enough how much you need to get some midcycle tests. Preshots alone tell you nothing about how the dose is working.

So how do I read syringe the first line is .25 is that a 1/2 unit then the next is 1 unit then the next line would be 1. 1/2 how do i figure .75 i dont have lines for that.

You just have to eyeball halfway between the half and the full unit line the best you can.

The very first line closest to the needle is the zero line.
