We had to send Bug on her journey to and over the Rainbow Bridge this morning at 11am. She had been having some mild Resp distress over the last couple of days that became much worse this am. She was ready for the Journey and I was able to stay with her while the anesthetic took effect then I let them take her back and finish. Bug was well loved in this life by us and by her extended family including her "babies". We will never forget her.


I hope the saying from Its a Wonderful Life is true, "Everytime a bell rings an Angel gets its wings" because as many bells as I have heard today theres alot of Angels with a new set of wings, including Sandy

We have lots of Pic and Memories of our "mamabug" She is missed greatly by us and the three kitties she raised from kittens.

Oh, I am so sorry for your loss.

Hopefully your beautiful friend will be flying free right now... And wherever she is, and wherever she goes, may she be blessed with peace and joy.

Dear Dani,

I am so very sorry that you had to lose "Bug" this weekend. You had written to me about Ketchie, and here I feel so bad, that she is still hanging on, maybe by a thread, but I feel sad that you had to lose your sweet Mama Bug.

I am still keeping you and Ketchie in my thoughts and in my heart :smile: I thank you for your care and concern for my loss of Mama Bug. She is still with us and I believe watching over all of us wings_cat . We are all getting accustomed to her not being here, I wish we didnt have to but we are.

I hope Ketchie is doing as good as she can be and I will continue to watch the forums for how she is doing.
Dani and the other 3 civies all: Charlie (F 9yo) Bligh and Kooks (both M 5yo)

Thank you so much for your kind words, and your thoughts and prayers for my Ketchie.

When anything changes with her, I will be posting.
