I’m wondering if I should nix the increase to 3.5 and go back to 3.25, or if I should hold for a few days. She didn’t eat all of her breakfast today, if that could be contributing to the lower PM number.

With SLGS, you reduce if they go below 90. You hold the dose if nadirs are between 90 and 149. At this point in time, that would mean holding the dose.

With a pre shot number of 121 can’t we assume she went below 90 during the day?

No, it's possible that's as low as Sammie got all day. If we didn't see it, you can't assume it happened.
