Safe cream for itchy cat neck

My cat had her neck shaved as part of the hospitalization and has an itchy neck. Any suggestions for a safe cream to help? Thanks.

I have used the over the counter 0.5% hydrocortisone cream and Benadryl Gel. Both with vet approval..
