I came here a little over 3 years ago to get advice for my then 14 year old cat who had just been diagnosed with diabetes. The help that Mr. Chloe & I received was invaluable. It really helped us improve his life. Sadly, he was recently diagnosed with cancer and unexpectedly passed 2 weeks ago at age 17. Thankfully it was a peaceful passing.

So I just wanted to come here and thank all the wonderful people on this site for helping me out during a very hard time in my life. You all made it a little easier.

How wonderful that you loved him enough to search out the things that would help his diabetes. So many people don't. Glad you had the extra time, though it is never enough.

I'm so sorry to hear about Mr. Chloe. Our time with our kitties is never long enough.

wings_cat Fly free Mr. Chloe...

Wrapping you in cyber hugs. I am so very sorry for your loss. Mr. Chloe is flying free now, whole and healthy over the Rainbow Bridge. rb_icon

I'm so very sorry for your loss. What a blessing to get 3 years with your loved one after diagnosis. I got a year and a week with Yittle after his diagnosis before cancer took him and every single moment was a gift.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Wouldnt it be nice if there was a "cancer board" that worked the same miracles as this board?
Fly free Mr Chloe until you meet again.

(((Carren))) I am so sorry to see this. We've wondered about you and Mr. Chloe often; we will always remember your kindness in sending Meowzi bonito flakes when we first found the board.

Please accept my condolences. Fly free, Mr. Chloe.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. He really was a great cat. Sometime I still think I hear him coming around the bend. Kind of weird.

Hugs to all the kitties out there!
