Aw thank you! I wanted to start otj videos for vetsulin and prozinc families but I think people forgot to tag me in remission posts so I can make their videos :joyful: I know the Lantus group otj videos are way more common so when tuna went otj I offered my mediocre services :joyful::joyful::joyful:

Yeah I know it's definitely a possibility for a yucky growth, I have one in my head myself so it doesn't scare me tooooooo bad. I'm still hoping that the short stint of clear breathing about 1 week and a half into the doxy proves some kind of infection but I'm not 100% convinced. I already told my husband that if I'm looking at acro I will fly to the UK for him to have brain surgery (if my own brain cyst allows for the flight) because I know how bad the side effects can be. No one can explain you feel like poop because you have a growth to a cat. I won't let him go on like that.

I'm praying to my cat goddess that it's a simple fix that will break his insulin resistance and b12 will fix his shakes and twitches and his eye is just naturally wonky and we can live happily ever after

How long was he on the Doxy, And what about Clavamox? To me it's the gold standard for URI.

Do you have the B12 injections at home?

He was on doxy for 2 weeks, he did vomit it 3 times though. I would have continued if he didn't throw up so much. I have clavamox on hand, but he's headed to the vet in the AM. I'm nervous that the vet will mess up his shot time as it's a drop off because they don't have time for me lmao. But I'll add clavamox to his paper for tomorrow. I do not have b12 on hand, if I can get it from chewy i can get a free script. Husband's dad is a vet in Texas lol

I'm sorry I don't have time to read whole thread (btw need to start new one!) but SS to me reads like infection isn't gone or you're dealing with a new one. Seeing a lot of antibiotic resistance lately.

Keep up with increases to ward off ketones, just keep an eye for numbers coming down, you may have to take some larger than usual reductions.

Not a lot of OTJ lately!

Hey again! I'll certainly start a new one with new vet info :) so you would recommend pushing to 1.75u after the 7 days of 1.5 then? Good thing I'm always home to test lol! He's had this suspected uri or atleast symptoms since November
