Is he still bouncing? Or is it the new insulin still got to kick in? Or dose too high/low?

The new insulin is definitely working as evidenced by the evening blues and greens of a a few cycles ago. You got some drop today but only yellows. Hard to say whether this is the remnants of bouncing or whether the dose is a bit low. Based on the lows you got with the 2.0 u dose, I'd vote for a bounce that hasn't cleared yet. It's still VERY early in your use of ProZinc and you have to get more data to really see how Rom handles it. If he was my cat, I'd leave him at this dose for a cycle or two more.
