Another ack.

I'm hoping the vet will respond to the wide fluctuations in BG, Sue. Rom just seems to keep bouncing back up to high numbers on the Caninsulin. Even when he was on a higher dose he went back up and the nadirs got way too risky.

Is there anything else that might be going on with Rom (e.g. gingivitis) to elevate his numbers?

Not that I can see, but I'm sure the vet will say otherwise, she usually does!! He had a full dental earlier this year, so it shouldn't be that bad if he does have gingivitis.
