AMPS Rom is 19.4 (349). I think I will increase tonight as not seen green for a while.

Maybe try going up in 0.1 increments, hold, review and adjust again if required?

So what would 1.3 be on a U100 syringe? Sorry don't have the conversion around @Critter Mom

You'd need to eyeball midway between the mark you're currently measuring to for 1.2 IU Caninsulin U40 on the U100 syringe and the next mark up on the barrel. Same principle as doing a 0.25IU adjustment for Lantus with a U100 syringe.

+4 he was 6,9 (124) and PMPS 19.6 (353) so I gave the new 1.3 dose. Couldn't get any more tests as he was out all night and refused to come down off a high wall!
