? Rocky's spreadsheet 200-300

What do you guys think about Rocky's #'s? I feel like they are all over the place he'll be in the 200 I think oh perfect (vet wants him under 300) then ill check and he'll be in the 300. Yesterday i did catch him eating dry cat food and trying to eat the dogs food so i think maybe that affected his numbers yesterday . thoughts suggestions?
 
Every cat bounces, it's great that you started a SS and are home testing. Have you read the stickies at the top of this forum?

Great, most of us follow either the SLGS or TR protocol. To follow TR, dry food is a no-go. Some kitties improve just by switching to a low-carb, wet food only diet.
 
Contraband, dry food or dog food plays real havoc with their numbers for sure.

It's really early in his Feline Diabetes (FD) dance and you have only been dosing twice a day for 7 cycles. Great on getting the SS up and going and testing, take a bow. :)

You are going to want to hold this dose for 7 days and then preform a curve to determine the next dose. Of course, if he goes below 50 on a human meter you would reduce or if you are going to follow SLGS you would reduce at 90.
