His number is 50. Upped the dose last night from 2.0 to gradual 2.25.

Do I shoot this morning?

Thank you!

I too am fairly new. I was told not to shoot if under 200 as a newbie. The people here are fabulous when it comes to advice. I love it here!

Hi Steph! I've been meaning to check in on you guys (just have been so busy with work :YMSIGH: ). I see you skipped. :thumbup From looking at your spreadsheet, I would have probably kept him on the 2u and not gone with an increase because he had that 68 at pre-shot the other day that you had to skip. For tonight, he'll probably be a little higher than normal, but still only give him the 2u since from this morning's skipped shot, it's more proof that the 2.25u was too much.

Hi, Kay. Dinner awaits. OK, re your advice. This is getting a bit precarious...must do it right.

Thanks so much.

You'll do fine. ;-) And remember, he started at 3u, so the drop down to 2u is a very good sign that he's becoming better regulated. You're seeing some excellent numbers and he's staying well within the "safe and healing" range (under 240 for most of the time). :thumbup Don't get discouraged by those 300s. They might even be a sign that the 2u is too much and causing a bounce. I wouldn't be surprised if Mick needs a decrease to a "skinny" 2u soon (since the 1.75u didn't seem to be enough). Do I need to come over there and help you out again? ;-)

Yes. Please let me know when you can come and talk. I am a health care journalist--not afraid of this--but just totally confused by the numbers being "fishmeckled." Tonight, he was in the 300s again with no shot this a.m., of course--but I could not have done it this morning and knew that.

Hugs to Michelangelo. What a comprehensive and wonderful profile! That rocks!

Okay, let's do sometime next week. Let me know which night works best for you and I'll stop by. :-D

And thanks about the profile. It actually needs some updating!
