I just copy the link from the address bar, paste it to the message box, highlight the url you just pasted then click the button that says "URL" under the subject box where all the other buttons are and it's done.

the shortcut i use to copy link from address bar:
go to previous day's condo
alt-D (hold down alt key, and "d") to highlight address bar
crtl-C to copy
click mouse in today's condo's message box
ctrl-V to paste

Go to your condo, highlight the address and copy, then replace the example's address by pasting yours.

i just go to the lantus isg and find my last thread in the list of all threads, right click on it, click on copy, click "new topic" at the top of the page and when it comes up, right click in the new text box and click paste. make sense?

This is a great idea instead of going to the thread and copying the address in the address bar(which is how I was doing it). This will save me some time. Thanks.
