Relion Prime Strips

Am I the only one who's had problems lately with the strips for this meter? I'll insert the strip but the graphic on the meter acts like it's not in all the way. You know, it will have the picture of the strip with the arrow. This doesn't happen all the time but often enough that it's annoying and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I feel like the design of the strip changed slightly (maybe I'm just imagining that?) and that's when the problems started. I have to reinsert the strip maybe once or twice before it takes and is ready for use.

Merle uses the Prime Classic and I have not problems. What I do not like is the strip icon with the arrow is hard to read since it us at the very bottom of the screen.
