Did you see this thread from @Candy&Company regarding getting a refund [of sorts] on your Confirm? Actually, I think Candy said you get a Walmart gift card to reimburse you. As for as the Relion Prime, I think that requires a slightly larger size blood drop than the Confirm.
 
I have used the Prime for quite some time when finances get a bit tight due to cost of strips. I prefer my Micro because it sips faster and takes less blood. The main issue I ever have with the Prime is errors that I cause by pulling strip away from blood drop too quickly by accident OR Doc's ear is too cold to bleed enough. The 2 meters read the same.
 
Ok they were out of strips at wal mart for my ReliOn Comfirm. I just bought ReliOn Prime because with strips and all was only $14. Did not have many inexpensive options
